Job Summary
Actively engage prospective customers to identify and develop new business opportunities across organizations within your territory. Run a sophisticated end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to closure, working hand in hand with Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies. Partner with the Channel Team to amplify customer engagement and expand pipeline building activities while collaborating with the SDR function to establish a healthy pipeline. Forecast and report pipeline updates with accuracy and operational rigour, providing exceptional, high-touch customer service including escalation and coordination of support issues. Become an insider within the Cyber Security industry and a true expert of the CrowdStrike platform, consistently exceeding established targets and quotas. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the North Sydney office.
Required Qualifications
- Sydney-based
- Full sales cycle experience in an account executive capacity
- 2+ years of proven net new business generation within ANZ
- Security experience
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and trend
- Proven experience with industry standard sales methodologies
- Passionate deal maker
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to simplify complex messaging and communicate clearly and transparently
- Cold calling experience
- Persistent, never-take-no mindset
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
- Data driven approach to forecasting with strong operational rigour
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce
