Job Summary
VP, Corporate Access in New York leading end-to-end event strategy and delivery for institutional clients. Responsibilities span partnering with the Head of Corporate Access to develop engagement plans, delivering high-touch coverage, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end logistics (venue sourcing, contracts, run-of-show, A/V, travel, speaker coordination, seating, on-site execution), confirming food and beverage quality, maintaining event calendars and post-event reporting, producing wrap-ups and ROI insights, coordinating branding and marketing collateral, managing budgets and vendor relations, and identifying high-impact event opportunities to build senior-level external relationships. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years in corporate access/event strategy or related financial services, strong communication and project-management skills, strict discretion and integrity, willingness to travel, and licenses preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Access, institutional client engagement, event strategy/production, or related financial services environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate access best practices, industry trends, and institutional client expectations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and discretion; sound judgment in time-sensitive situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to interact effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external clients
- Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, timelines, and post-event analytics
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person events
- Licenses preferred but not required
