Job Summary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop economic development business strategies for major capital projects and lead the New Market Tax Credits development program. Manage the company's tax incentive portfolio to monetize future tax benefits by evaluating and executing transactions that pursue statutory and negotiated incentives. Ensure alignment on the department's financial goals, business plans, and key strategic initiatives while maintaining compliance with all accounting policies and procedures. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety throughout all activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Economic Development related business strategies
- Knowledge of accounting and company policies/procedures
- Ability to manage the company's tax incentive portfolio
- Experience with New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) development
- Ability to pursue and secure statutory and negotiated incentives
- Demonstration of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
