Job Summary
Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals, accurately reporting financial measures and transactions while overseeing inventory supply and quality control calls on lease agreements. Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to ensure efficient operations, scheduling coverage to meet published hours. Safeguard company assets by reconciling inventories weekly, maintaining vehicles within safe standards, and processing bank deposits. Personally authorize returns, close lease agreements with a focus on customer service, and execute all customer service programs and company guidelines. Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and selling skills. Hold a valid Driver's License, D.O.T. certification, and a satisfactory MVR to operate the Company Truck legally.
Required Qualifications
- Proven demonstration of strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

- A history of demonstrated selling skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Proven managerial skills
- Safe driving skills and the ability to legally operate the Company Truck
- A satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it
