Job Summary
The Corp Director of Event Services & Catering Sales leads event services and catering sales across three Stein Collection properties, directing event staff, overseeing budgets, and driving strategies to maximize catering revenues. Responsible for aligning operations with brand standards, identifying growth opportunities in corporate, social, and group segments, developing pricing and revenue forecasts, managing prospecting and contract negotiations, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Collaborates with marketing to create promotions, analyzes market trends and performance metrics, monitors profitability, and ensures seamless transition from sales to event planning to operations. Maintains relationships with key corporate and social clients, enforces safety and contractual requirements, and upholds brand service standards across properties. Requires leadership at the executive level, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent experience, and preferably 1 year of full-service hotel experience, with knowledge of F&B basics, vendor management, menu planning, event coordination, and exemplary client management.
