Job Summary
Senior Corporate Controller role overseeing budgeting, forecasting, corporate accounting, compliance, tax, and investor/lender reporting. Lead and scale a finance organization, drive month/quarter/year-end closes, manage AR/AP, GL analysis, and reconciliations, and partner with operations, supply chain, marketing, and advertising. Play a key role in acquisitions/divestitures, financial implications of transactions, and integration post-M&A. Responsible for ERP selection/implementation (NetSuite), treasury and financial systems, external audits, board presentation decks, and ensuring adherence to GAAP. Collaboration with CEO/President and BI to provide timely financial performance insights, and building scalable processes and playbooks for multi-entity consolidation and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 9+ years accounting/finance experience
- ERP implementation & expertise – NetSuite
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience with EDI software – SPS Commerce, Shopify, Bill.com
- Experience selling into Big Box Retail
- CPG and Start-Up experience preferred
- M&A experience preferred
- Experience with Private Equity backed organizations preferred
- CPG, Manufacturing, Technology, Sport & Gaming industry experience preferred
