Corp Concierge Security Officer

Conduct regular, documented patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and identify safety risks. Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access points to detect suspicious activity and verify visitor identification. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and medical welfare needs while applying CARE-based decision-making to de-escalate situations. Enforce security policies and procedures consistently, documenting all incidents and observations in clear, timely reports. Operate assigned security equipment including radios and cameras in accordance with training and policy. Provide basic first aid and assist with evacuations when required. Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and program participants while representing Goodwill's mission to support Kentuckians with disabilities and other challenges in finding workforce success.
