Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cornea and anterior segment surgeries, including LASIK, cataract, and refractive procedures, within a multi-specialty practice utilizing advanced technology. Manage a full-scope ophthalmology practice with quarterly collections-based productivity incentives and ownership equity opportunities. Provide patient care in an ambulatory surgery center environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment. This role offers a very competitive base salary, production bonuses, paid relocation, and full benefits including a matching 401K and CME time off.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified fellowship-trained Cornea and Comprehensive Ophthalmologist in California
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
