Brand Representative role focused on delivering a world-class guest experience in a fashion retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, identifying needs, recommending merchandise, achieving personal sales goals, upselling/cross-selling, collaborating with the team to maintain store standards, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising displays, processing transactions via POS, assisting with inventory tasks, following policies and safety guidelines, and being flexible to business needs. Must be 18+ and available to work nights and weekends. Physical duties include standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating registers and scanners.
