Core Trainer, Columbus, Night Shift - Full Time

Core Trainer will assist with the onboarding and job task-based training of Seasonal and Core Colleagues. Responsibilities include Training Support (assist colleagues in learning essential tasks, complete training checklists, perform random checks, observe and retrain as needed), assisting Supervisors and Managers with questions, effective communication with colleagues and leaders, and promoting area/facility safety and adherence to policies. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, ability to communicate with customers and staff, and proficiency in understanding employment policies and safety rules in English. Flexible schedule with retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
