Job Summary
The Core Trainer will assist with the on-boarding and job task-based training of Seasonal and Core Colleagues, validating training progress with a checklist, conducting random checks of orders, retraining as needed, and acting as a point of contact for process questions. Responsibilities emphasize training support, communication with Supervisors and Managers, ensuring safety and policy adherence, and maintaining dependable attendance while supporting colleagues and customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to communicate work processes to team members
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
