Job Summary
Lead the structuring of complex, high-value trade finance transactions (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and structured trade solutions) across multiple jurisdictions, acting as a technical structuring expert to advise Sales, Banking and Risk. Draft and negotiate trade documentation (LMA-based structures) in coordination with Legal; translate client needs into bankable structures; guide risk allocation and feasibility; contribute to regional trade structuring priorities and end-to-end transaction management, from pipeline to execution and handover to Operations, while ensuring governance and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years’ related experience in trade finance
- strong focus on complex and structured trade transactions
- expertise in Letters of Credit and Guarantees
- experience with LMA or LMA-based trade structures
- ability to operate independently on complex transactions
- clear written and verbal communication skills
- risk management and governance experience
- ability to draft, review and negotiate trade documentation
- lead client core trade relationships
