Job Summary
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and prep fresh food with speed and precision to ensure great taste, portions, and presentation. Build accurate orders meeting brand standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized to support smooth service flow. Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards. Work seamlessly with teammates to balance prep, service, and restocking during busy shifts. This role requires a minimum of 12 hours per week and includes lifting items up to 50 lbs, extended standing, and navigating stairs. Tips are subject to location and role, with competitive wages and free meals every shift. Top performers can advance into leadership and General Manager pathways within three years.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Lifting: Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- Bending: For accessing low areas and handling items
- Reaching: For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients
- Standing/Walking: Extended periods, including moving between areas
- Squatting: For accessing low areas and handling items
- Pulling: Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- Manual Dexterity: Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools
- Physical Mobility: Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Physical Endurance: Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination: Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
