Job Summary
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality by making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and valued while prepping and serving fresh food with speed and precision. Build accurate, high-quality orders meeting brand standards and keep your station clean, stocked, and organized to support smooth service and strong flow. Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards, working seamlessly with teammates to balance prep, service, and restocking during busy shifts. This role requires a minimum of 12 hours per week, lifting items up to 25 lbs routinely, and includes tips, competitive wages, and free meals every shift. Top-performing members can advance into leadership and General Manager pathways within three years.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Lifting: Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- Bending: For accessing low areas and handling items
- Reaching: For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients
- Standing/Walking: Extended periods, including moving between areas
- Squatting: For accessing low areas and handling items
- Pulling: Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- Manual Dexterity: Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools
- Physical Mobility: Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Physical Endurance: Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination: Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
