Job Summary
The Core Sport Leader will officiate sporting events, assist in creating fitness schedules, instruct clients in strength training techniques, and develop customized training programs. A high school diploma or GED, along with specific certifications, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Core Sport Leaders shall be certified IAW AFI 34-266 and/or other applicable AF Fitness guidance and policies
- Must possess an American Red Cross CPR Certificate
- Must possess an American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate or local equivalent certifications
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Certified in Aerobics and Spin classes
- Knowledgeable in officiating recreational sports
- Ability to endure long hours and extreme environmental conditions
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the U.A.E.
