Job Summary
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to meet product adoption and sales goals by bridging product and sales teams. Learn employer buyer group needs and key features of U.S. Employer Cigna Healthcare products to synthesize gaps for solution development. Partner with Solutions, Marketing, and Producer Relations teams to equip segment partners for client meetings and address market dynamics. Lead initiatives improving how sales teams position solutions, ensuring successful launches and tracking progress toward adoption goals. Work with segment leadership to negotiate bridge solutions and translate buyer needs into product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Product/Marketing/Sales or comparable field
- healthcare experience
- Experience working and being effective in a highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrates the capacity to synthesize complex information from disparate sources into a clear compelling story
