Job Summary
Design and implement the core architecture for the AI Native Headless ERP platform, focusing on BFF layers and high-performance, reliable infrastructure. Engineer abstract layers that connect LLMs with business data and external tools, defining API, SDK, and data models to accelerate enterprise system development. Architect AI Agent-driven business logic execution models while designing for scalability on Google Cloud using TypeScript, Go, and Rust. Collaborate on distributed system design and middleware implementation to optimize business processes and integrate AI capabilities into core workflows.
Required Qualifications
- AI Agentの設計・開発経験
- LLMを活用したシステム設計経験
- API / バックエンド開発の実務経験
- TypeScriptなどでの十分な開発経験
Desired Qualifications
- ERP / 業務システムの開発経験
- SDK / プラットフォーム開発経験
- 分散システム設計の経験
- Go / Rustなど低レイヤとの連携経験
- OSSへのコントリビューション経験
- 英語:CEFR B1以上
- バックエンド → プラットフォーム志向
- バックエンドエンジニアとしてAPI / 業務ロジックの開発経験がある
- フレームワークの裏側やミドルウェアに関心を持ち始めている
- 単なるアプリ開発ではなく、再利用可能な基盤設計に興味がある
- パフォーマンスや設計の抽象度にこだわりを持ち始めている
- ミドルウェア / インフラ経験者
- ミドルレイヤー(認証 / データ処理 / メッセージング等)の設計・実装経験がある
- クラウドや分散システムの設計・運用に関わった経験がある
- システム全体の構造や責務分離を考えることに慣れている
- プラットフォームレイヤーの設計に踏み込みたい志向がある
- ML / AIエンジニアの越境
- 機械学習やデータ基盤の開発経験がある
- LLMの登場をきっかけに「モデル単体」から「システム全体設計」に関心が移った
- Python中心だが、バックエンドやインフラにも触れている
- AIをプロダクトとして成立させる基盤に興味がある
- フルスタック上位層
- フロントエンド〜バックエンドまで横断的に開発経験がある
- アプリケーション開発の中で「共通化・抽象化」に取り組んできた
- SDK / 共通ライブラリ / 内部基盤の開発経験がある
