Job Summary
Lead mission-critical initiatives and drive execution across the organization with direct collaboration to the COO. Responsibilities include designing and prioritizing high-priority projects, facilitating leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, owning stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and alignment, driving cross-functional collaboration across departments, and establishing operational metrics with KPIs to drive optimization and business impact. Requires several years of high-ownership, high-pressure experience in finance, consulting, or startup environments, strong leadership and communication abilities, and the capacity to design reports and present analyses to leadership. Bonus qualifications include a technical background in CS/EE/AI, deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, and startup-finance acumen. The role is in-person and based in Cupertino, with relocation support for those moving to the area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Several years of experience in high-ownership, high-pressure roles within finance, consulting, or startup environments.
- Steering Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent high-impact projects from inception to completion; skilled in cross-functional alignment, accountability, and delivering results.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to represent leadership, confidently make critical decisions on their behalf, and communicate information at the level of leadership.
- Adaptability & Time Management: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes in priorities.
- Strategic & Data-Driven: Expertise in designing and developing reports to elucidate metrics that measure success and drive decisions.
- Presentation & Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly synthesize information, create compelling presentations, and parse complex data with custom spreadsheets.
- Bonus Qualifications: Technical Background in computer science, electrical engineering, AI; Industry Knowledge of AI ecosystem; Startup Acumen and finance mechanisms.
