Job Summary
Conduct troubleshooting, operation, health checks, network risk clearance, and key event assurance for core network projects. Manage customer communication and perform on-call/on-duty rotations as required by the AMS department or client. Execute emergency response during critical issues and maintain standby availability during special date periods. Apply familiarity with 3GPP 3G/4G/5G principles and Huawei SBC/IMS/5GC products within major telecom vendor environments. Requires telecommunications engineering background, English and Spanish proficiency, and experience with core network projects.
Required Qualifications
- Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar
- English (Intermediate/Advanced speaking and writing)
- Spanish (Intermediate, Advanced level of speaking and writing)
- Familiarity with the principles of 3GPP 3G, 4G, and 5G communication
- More information about Huawei products (SBC/IMS/5GC)
- Experience in Core Network projects with major telecom vendors
- Can work overtime when an emergency/critical issue occurs
- On standby after working hours during special date periods
