Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise VoIP and unified communication solutions, configuring SIP signaling, trunking, SBCs, and PBX environments. Deploy networking and voice solutions for clients while providing Tier-3 technical support to resolve complex issues using packet analysis tools like Wireshark and sngrep. Optimize Quality of Service for voice traffic and collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver successful projects. Requires 2–3 years of experience in VoIP and core networking with strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/3 switching. Located in Islamabad (Onsite), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in VoIP and Core Networking
- Strong understanding of SIP Signaling
- Strong understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBC)
- Strong understanding of SIP Trunking
- Strong understanding of PBX / UCaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with BGP
- Hands-on experience with OSPF
- Hands-on experience with Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switching
- Hands-on experience with QoS implementation for voice traffic
- Expertise in troubleshooting using Wireshark
- Expertise in troubleshooting using sngrep
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
- Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
