Job Summary
Coordinate Groups, Outreach, and Assimilation ministries by recruiting, equipping, and encouraging volunteers for Connect and hospitality roles. Help people transition into Groups, serving opportunities, and the Membership Pathway while managing baptisms, pathway classes, and outreach events. Maintain ministry records, volunteer schedules, and communications using the Ministry Platform and partner with campus staff to support disciple-making goals. This part-time, hourly role requires active participation at Woodside Bible Church's Plymouth Campus.
Required Qualifications
- Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church's Plymouth Campus
- Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A collaborative, servant-hearted leader who is aligned with the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Woodside Bible Church
- A growing follower of Jesus with a heart for discipleship and helping people get connected
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading or supporting volunteers in a church or ministry setting
