Job Summary
Conduct safety program participation and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture while training to safely operate mechanical equipment. Engage in developmental trainings and business projects, and attend sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required. Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of the program. This role requires working under CMC's core values and safety standards, including flexibility to work in the elements and across all organizational levels from shop floor to upper management. Relocation is required at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
- Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
