Core Lab Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Supervise day-to-day and non-production laboratory activities on the Core Automated Testing team during the 2nd shift in Indianapolis. Ensure the quality and accuracy of testing performed by supervised staff; assign trained personnel and manage staffing to meet workloads; schedule staff to align with workflow; provide direct supervision, coaching, performance feedback, and troubleshooting. Oversee non-production activities such as validations, surveys, and quality initiatives; monitor performance metrics and ensure timely QC, PT, and reporting; ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards; support audits, inspections, client visits, and inquiries. Assist the department manager and act as delegate when needed; participate in staff recruitment, training, development, and retention; perform testing duties within area of competence as required.
