Job Summary
Own and operate Terraform Enterprise appliances, managing upgrades, availability, backups, and user support. Manage and evolve Active Directory, Windows Bastion Hosts, and inventory while maintaining Jenkins CI infrastructure. Automate service provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management to ensure systems are scalable, well-automated, and recoverable. Monitor, document, and respond to incidents for critical services supporting high-impact research. Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rotation and collaborate with platform teams to deliver infrastructure solutions. Requires solid experience with Windows and Linux environments, infrastructure as code, and scripting in PowerShell or Python. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating and automating infrastructure services in an enterprise environment
- Experience across Windows and Linux environments, including Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Strong infrastructure as code skills, with an interest in AI-driven infrastructure management
- Experience with Jenkins pipeline management and administration
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python or both
- Experience managing self-hosted application platforms, including upgrades, patching and monitoring
- Proven experience owning services end to end, including deployment, monitoring, incident response and improvement
- Experience with inventory or CMDB platforms
- Terraform or HCL literacy
