Job Summary
Core Group Associate on a weekend shift, responsible for ensuring innerspring units meet quality standards during production. Responsibilities include repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine, attaching border wire to innerspring units with an air-powered clip gun, lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at the end of each shift. Requires ability to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly, readiness for physically demanding production work, and a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. 12-hour shifts, onsite manufacturing environment with benefits including health/dental/vision plans, 401(k) with match, PTO, onsite clinics, and other professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts
