Core Faculty General Surgery – St. Cloud, MN

Conduct high-quality, patient-centered surgical care while supporting the Program Director, Site Director, and faculty in educational, clinical, and scholarly activities. Foster a positive learning environment for residents through lectures, simulation, workshops, clinical teaching, and precepting. Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and educational programming, including rotations and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead or support focused areas of program development such as simulation, quality improvement, point-of-care ultrasound, research, or clinical ethics. Support resident recruitment, orientation, selection, onboarding, assessment, and ongoing professional development. Serve as a faculty advisor to promote resident wellness, professionalism, inclusion, and a positive learning environment. Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and institutional policies while collaborating with program leadership and community partners to advance the Rural General Surgery Residency Program.
