Core Faculty Family Medicine Physician

Provide direct supervision and clinical teaching in ambulatory and procedural settings while teaching and assessing residents using competency-based education. Serve as a faculty advisor and mentor, supporting resident professional development and well-being. Participate in curriculum development, didactic teaching, simulation, and educational innovation. Contribute to the Clinical Competency Committee, Program Evaluation Committee, recruitment, and orientation. Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and faculty development while maintaining an active clinical practice that models evidence-based, patient-centered family medicine. Support the educational mission of the Family Medicine Residency Program in Jacksonville, Florida, through excellence in clinical care, mentorship, and scholarship.
