Job Summary
Core Compliance Associate role within JPMSE Core Compliance (2LoD) based in Paris, supporting implementation, oversight, and coordination of the compliance agenda across JPMSE and its branches including governance reporting to LE fora and regulators, updating policies and the local Compliance Manual, coordinating Policy Approval, overseeing training administration, outsourcing governance, monitoring & testing oversight, and participating in risk assessments. Requires strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills, cross-functional collaboration with in-country and international teams, and a minimum of three years’ compliance or related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ relevant Compliance experience or other related experience (such as legal, audit or risk)
- Strong academic background or work achievements in the financial industry
- Self-motivation and proactiveness as well as excellent attention to details
- Good knowledge of EU final regulatory framework
- Excellent organizational skills
