Job Summary
Brand Representative role focused on delivering world-class guest experiences in a Stand Out For Good fashion retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assessing needs, recommending merchandise, meeting personal sales goals, upselling and cross-selling, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing, processing transactions via POS, assisting with receiving and inventory counts, adhering to policies and safety guidelines, and staying flexible to store needs (including nights and weekends). Must be 18+, with ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle items up to 25 lbs.; equal opportunity employer with recognized accolades in Fortune rankings.
Required Qualifications

- Retail sales experience preferred
- Stocking/Inventory experience
