Job Summary
Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements within the corporate banking domain to develop solutions addressing specific opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to create business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and design operational processes ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Support change management activities by developing traceability matrices to embed proposed solutions effectively. Lead collaborative assignments, guide team members through structured tasks, and consult on complex issues to mitigate risk and strengthen controls. Engage in complex data analysis from internal and external sources to solve problems creatively while influencing decision-making and policy development.
Required Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of core banking applications
- Business analyst experience from corporate Banking domain only
- Experience with development or implementation of core banking applications
