Job Summary
Core Assembler on the Weekend Shift (Fri/Sat/Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) assembling radiator cores for IEA’s metal fabrication environment. Responsibilities include mass-producing cores, selecting and assembling materials, inserting fins and tubes, operating a bake oven, attaching headers, using fin comb and torch, cleaning and inspecting cores, and maintaining safe, ISO- and Six Sigma-compliant work practices. Requires standing for the shift, lifting up to 100 lbs with assist, and lifting/moving duties within a shop setting; prior manufacturing experience desirable and forklift certification optional. Shift includes weekend premium and sign-on bonus; base pay is hourly with weekend premium and potential attendance-based adjustments. Location: Kenosha, WI, with relocation to Somers, WI; all qualified applicants receive equal opportunity consideration.
