Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Core System MILES by serving as the primary contact for user incidents and service requests. Diagnose problems and implement sustainable solutions, escalating complex issues to Change Teams or suppliers as needed. Prepare, test, and deploy periodic system updates in close collaboration with the Change Team. This role supports the IT Team Leader Support Center within Ayvens, a leader in sustainable mobility solutions managing over 3.1 million vehicles globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or a Master in ICT
- first professional experience in an equivalent function of at least 2-3 years
- fluent in English
- fluent in French
