Job Summary
Sr. Healthcare Consultant responsible for communicating with the Corazon team to ensure client satisfaction, functioning as Project Leader and/or Project Support, coordinating client meetings, delivering presentations and reports, mentoring staff, identifying opportunities for additional work, and maintaining professional client relationships. Will contribute to resource allocation, pricing alignment, and knowledge sharing, while traveling to client sites as needed (approximately 25-50%) and supporting a hybrid office environment near Pittsburgh (remote options available within approximately a 4-hour drive). The role requires knowledge of cardiovascular, neuroscience, or orthopedic clinical areas, strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to develop and present findings to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline required
- Three years of previous consulting experience preferred
- Knowledge of the health care industry
- Willingness to travel to client sites (approximately 25 to 50% travel)
- Demonstrated ability to present to diverse audiences
- Knowledge and application of clinical operations and program development
- Consultation skills (listening and communication)
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline required; Masters Degree strongly preferred
