Coral Gables Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Hybrid Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist position combining in-clinic care (3 days) with remote telehealth duties (2 days) to deliver digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans of care, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth and RTM services, collaborating with in-clinic treating providers, and supporting the growth of remote digital health services. Must be licensed in any compact state and willing to obtain licensure in other states; CAPTE-approved PT program diploma required; in-office at CORA clinic in Coral Gables, FL with hybrid scheduling and full-time hours.
