COR Training: Drive-Thru Only Location (GA) - July 1-July 31

COR Training: Drive-Thru Only Location (GA) supports Field Talent Staff (FTS) training across Chick-fil-A restaurants. Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House, Drive-Thru, Back of House and/or Prep, with assignments at Chick-fil-A Inc.-owned or partner locations. Role requires prior Chick-fil-A experience, six months at current location, and current employer support. FTS1/FTS2 candidates are eligible; compensation includes hourly pay ($20/hour, $21.50/hour for WA assignments) plus daily per diem, with overtime at 1.5x beyond 40 hours per week. Assignment window is 07/01/2026 to 07/31/2026 in Atlanta, GA; up to eight assignments per year. Completion of a required 4-hour FTS certification course within specified timelines and recording of completion are part of the process.
