Job Summary
Serve as Field Talent Staff (FTS) at Chick-fil-A and train Team Members in Company-Owned Restaurants and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned/Support Centers or Disaster Relief locations. Scope includes performing training and operational support roles, developing leadership and training skills, and completing the FTS1 certification course. Assignment start and end dates are 06/22/2026–06/30/2026 at Beachwood, Ohio, with a maximum of eight assignments per year. Compensation is hourly ($20 base; $21.50 in Washington state) with per diem and overtime considerations for hours over 40 per week. Applicants must currently work at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant, have at least six months at that location, and have their employer’s support to apply. The program emphasizes brand and operational standards and provides opportunities to develop leadership, training, and operational skills across multiple Chick-fil-A locations.
