Job Summary
CoQ Specialist-1 is responsible for defining and establishing the needs, baseline and reference for Culture of Quality initiatives through timely and relevant conduct of social, demographical, focused-group studies, and data analysis. It drives mature Culture of Quality by designing and developing initiatives, implementing culture of quality behavioral programs, and engaging stakeholders across the organization to support quality programs and processes. The role covers ensuring wide deployment of lessons, maintaining and upgrading programs, and promoting Built-in Quality and a Zero-Defect-Mindset with effective training and change management across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Administrative Support, HR, and Quality departments. The position emphasizes sustainability, documentation, standardization, and dissemination of quality lessons to protect customers and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering and/or Psychology or related courses with strong orientation towards quality discipline
- At least three (3) years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferably in an aerospace company
- good communication and interpersonal skills and a qualified trainer
- Proven general capabilities in: Applied Learning, Building Strategic Relationships, Communication, Training , Creativity/Innovation, Initiating action, Planning and Organizing
- Proven specific capabilities in: conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of learning programs and activities
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change management
- Working knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing System, Problem Solving, Continuous improvement and Zero-Defect-Mindset
