Job Summary
Copywriter responsible for developing impactful brand content that balances creative execution with strategic thinking. Collaborates with stakeholders to refine content, ensure brand voice consistency, and deliver high-quality messaging across platforms. Duties include interpreting briefs, producing copy aligned with brand guidelines, working with designers and team members, quality assurance of copy, shaping employer brand messaging for campaigns and internal communications, leveraging research and data to guide content strategies, acting as a brand steward, ensuring timely delivery, and building understanding of Employer Brand methodologies. Requires experience writing websites and comprehensive marketing campaigns, advanced writing and research skills, excellent interpersonal communication, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage project scope and timelines. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent field. Experience: 3+ years. Travel may be required. EEO and compliance statements included.
