Job Summary
Copywriter responsible for researching, creating, and developing content strategy and editorial copy for B2C member work across online, print, and broadcast. Tasks include reading and interpreting member copywriting spec sheets to match brand voice, tone, and audience preferences; managing multiple copy projects across client accounts; creating web content for corporate and client needs; developing email marketing, newsletters, and website content; collaborating with a cross-functional team to execute campaigns and event materials; leveraging SEO, AI optimization, and GEO techniques; and applying strong command of AP Style. Must be able to read, interpret, and apply brand guidelines across diverse accounts; 2–3 years of copywriting experience is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional hybrid work, located in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years copywriting experience (required)
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply member/client copywriting spec sheets
- Experience writing for a variety of audiences and formats
- Familiarity with AP Style guidelines
- Experience with SEO, AI tools, WordPress, InDesign, Microsoft Word
