Job Summary
Write clear, compelling copy across campaigns, web, email, social, OOH, and other marketing channels for B2C and B2B audiences in AU, UK, US, CA, and NZ. Develop messaging and storytelling that strengthens the global brand voice while partnering with designers and marketers to create integrated creative concepts. Use customer insights and performance data to inform copy, apply SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery methods like GEO and AEO, and leverage AI tools to build scalable writing capabilities. Manage the translation management system, coordinating copy translations into French and French Canadian with proofreaders. Contribute to team quality by proofreading and reviewing copy, and stay curious about culture, creativity, and emerging trends to translate insights into compelling content.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' copywriting experience, in-house or agency, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of formats and channels, including examples of copy performance and results
- Experience adapting tone, messaging and storytelling for different audiences, channels and objectives
- Experience creating content across both B2C and B2B audiences
- Strong understanding of brand voice and experience writing within defined creative frameworks
- Experience developing writing frameworks that enable consistency across teams
- Experience working with AI writing tools and curiosity about new ways of working
- Understanding of SEO principles and evolving content discovery strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing translation workflows
- Experience working across global markets
