Job Summary
As a Creative Copywriter, you’ll create engaging, clear, and action-driven copy for both in-game experiences and Marketing/CRM campaigns across web and mobile. You’ll work closely with the Creative, Product, CRM, Marketing, and Business teams to turn briefs into compelling player-facing messages that support engagement, retention, monetization, and a strong brand voice. Responsibilities include writing copy for in-game pop-ups, banners, offers, sales, events, and promotional assets; creating copy for Marketing and CRM campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, emails, inbox messages, win-back campaigns, and retention campaigns); writing UX copy for game features and player-facing messages; supporting campaigns like tournaments, seasonal events, VIP offers, daily rewards; joining kickoff meetings for new promotions; reviewing briefs; maintaining a consistent tone of voice; collaborating with designers; using AI tools to support the creative process and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must have: 1+ years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Marketing Writer.
- Native or native-level English.
- Ability to write short, clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate business goals into creative messaging.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A people person - yes, it’s definitely a skill.
- Nice to have: Experience in gaming, mobile games.
- Experience writing for CRM, marketing, retention, or monetization campaigns.
- Understanding of push notifications, in-app messages, email campaigns, and A/B testing.
- Storytelling skills.
- Business orientation and understanding of player motivation.
- UX writing or microcopy experience.
