Job Summary
Copywriter II responsible for developing, editing, proofreading, and maintaining brand messaging across multiple enterprise brands including casino marketing, hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, and guest communications. Collaborates with Creative Services, Marketing, and internal teams to interpret briefs, research audiences, and produce messaging concepts, taglines, headlines, and campaign language. Maintains brand standards, tone, and regulatory compliance across advertising, digital, social, and guest-facing materials; supports reputational management and service recovery communications. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of copywriting experience, bilingual English/Spanish, CMS experience, and the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in a fast-paced casino resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, English, Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in copywriting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
