Job Summary
Craft high-impact copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels while coordinating content calendars and tracking performance. Draft, edit, proofread, and format material across platforms, adapting content from articles, interviews, videos, and company updates. Utilize AI tools like Claude for research, ideation, and drafting, then apply human judgment to fact-check, refine tone, and ensure brand consistency. Create basic designs in Canva and manage stakeholder feedback, deadlines, and publishing workflows. Work remotely in Central European Time, delivering quality content that positions Growmodo as a leading social media resource for agency owners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and content marketing
- Previous experience working for a marketing, creative, content, or digital agency
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Experience with founder-led content or thought leadership
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
- Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools for marketing tasks
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools
- Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and brand consistency)
- Ability to follow documented processes and established systems
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance reporting
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
- A reliable, proactive, and execution-focused working style
- Ability to receive feedback professionally and apply it consistently
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be available for Central European Time (GMT+2) working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8am-5pm
Desired Qualifications
- Prior agency experience
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, design, development, or subscription-service companies
