Job Summary
Copywriter & AI Content Systems Designer responsible for building and tuning AI-powered copy systems that scale output while maintaining quality. You will design prompts, encode the brand voice, set guardrails, and lead a self-built writing system that generates on-brand member emails, product copy, social posts, web content, and B2B materials. This role combines production and systems work—writing remains essential, but the emphasis is on creating scalable, high-quality AI-driven copy. Requires experience with AI writing tools, prompt libraries, and a track record of building repeatable workflows. Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, and 2–4 years copywriting experience. Remote-first with occasional in-person interactions at HQs in Columbus, OH, and offices in MO and IL.
Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of copywriting experience
- Demonstrated fluency building with AI writing tools; experience designing systems, prompts, or automated workflows
- Ability to write clear, on-brand copy across emails, product copy, social posts, web pages, and B2B materials
- Strong editorial instincts and grammar/editing skills
- Experience across multiple brands, formats, and audiences; adaptability to regulatory constraints
