Job Summary
Create social-first copy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube; develop short-form, trend-driven and reactive content ideas; execute copy across 360 integrated campaigns (digital + offline); ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints; adapt content for retail and in-store communications; manage high-volume content adaptations with quality control; work in agile teams, iterate fast, and respond to feedback; native Portuguese (Brazil) and English proficiency; strong understanding of digital culture and trends; collaborative and flexible mindset to deliver fast, high-impact copy across global brand narratives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital copywriting and integrated campaigns
- Ability to write for both social media and offline/retail formats
- Strong understanding of digital culture, trends, and behaviors
- Native Portuguese (Brazil) + intermediate/advanced English
- Strong creative judgment and fast execution
- Ability to work in agile teams and respond to feedback
- Willingness to adapt content across social and in-store touchpoints
- Comfort with high-volume content adaptations
