Job Summary
Adapt and refine existing copy for digital, print, and multimedia formats while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Edit and proofread marketing materials to maintain consistent tone, style, and accuracy across web, social media, and email channels. Collaborate with designers and project managers to follow structured workflows for timely delivery, and assist in maintaining content databases and style guides. Conduct final reviews for grammar, formatting, and compliance before publication, including support for localization and translation efforts. This entry-level position requires 3-5 years of experience in content editing and proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow systems like Workfront.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content editing, copy production, or a related field
- Strong command of English grammar, style, and structure
- Familiarity with brand voice, style guides, and messaging frameworks
- Experience working with marketing teams, designers, and project managers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume content production environment
- Flexible to work in overlapped EST hours
