Conduct front-desk operations as the primary point of contact for all information inquiries regarding membership, programs, and the mission. Process transactions involving program registration and membership fees while maintaining secure facility access for members and guests. Provide accurate information and deliver high-energy service in a fast-paced environment requiring effective writing and phone communication skills. Requires basic math and computer skills along with prior customer service experience.
