Job Summary
Experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely; diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults; use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization; identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation; support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets; create clear technical reports and case updates; coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance; feed recurring issues into continuous improvement. Hybrid working (field + home office) with competitive salary up to £44,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics/technical support/workshop or field service
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
- Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
- Reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
