Job Summary
Staff Therapist provides recovery-oriented, trauma-informed mental health services to children and adults through individual and group psychotherapy within an Enhanced Outpatient Program. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, administering and documenting EBPs (including PHQ-9, PTSD scales, CAGE-AID), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring timely clinical documentation in EVOLV. Requires strong assessment and therapy skills, knowledge of behavioral health systems, trauma-informed approaches, proficiency with EHRs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; occasional evenings/weekends may be required. Master’s degree in a clinical mental health discipline and at least 2 years of experience are required; licensure is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a clinical mental health discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling)
- Minimum of two (2) years of verified paid experience providing mental health services
- Professional licensure preferred but not required
