Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard development)
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience developing dashboards aligned to KPIs and performance management
- Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and insight solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
